If you feel like wasting enjoying a few minutes, watch this video. If you want to waste enjoy even more time, turn on auto-captions and watch it again.
This is where I'll post random links and videos and pictures and the occasional stray thought. I also plan to use it as a form of procrastination when necessary. From time to time I might post Doctor Who or MLP stuff, so get over it. Ha! That is all.

Yesterday was Friday, today it is Saturday
The girl that brought us Friday is back with a follow-up song: Saturday!!
If you haven't watched the Friday video yet, I'd suggest checking that out first; there are quite a few references to it in this video. (I think it's quite tragic that I noticed most of them)

Colouring Between the Lines on a Plane
Fred Giovannitti, a tattoo artist from Delaware, got bored on a plane and decided to colour a drawing from his 4-year-old.
Isn't he kind of, technically, stealing someone else's work? Still like it, though.
See the rest here!

Oh Yeah!
So I finished watching Ferris Bueller's Day Off a few minutes ago; I have watched it before, this wasn't my first time. If you haven't watched it yet, I'd highly recommend it. It is one of those "kind of classic" movies that you just need to watch to say that you've watched it. It featured that annoying "Oh yeah" song thing, which has also been used by quite a few movies and series, but why? I personally find it quite annoying: I therefore decided to Google it.
Everyone probably knows all of this already, but it's new to me, so I'm writing this post about it anyway. Ain't no one be stoppin' me!
The song is literally called "Oh Yeah", a single released in 1985 by the Swiss band Yello. (Thank you, Wikipedia!) It was first featured in above-mentioned movie, and has since been associated with anything "hot" or desirable.
It also has a music video, and to my surprise, some lyrics other than "Oh Yeah". I know, right!? I was not expecting that either. Here are the lyrics, for anyone wanting to sing along:
Oh yeah... oh yeah... oh yeah
The moon... beautiful
The sun... even more beautiful
Oh yeah... oh yeah... oh yeah
Beautiful
Oh yeah... oh yeah...
Absurdly poetic, as is the video. Never has the sun and moon been described more accurately or vividly.
Enjoy.

Gravity Visualised
A longish video on a weighty matter (hehe... get it? Fine, whatever.)
Quite interesting though: not only the topic, but also the presentation.

High-Speed Strings: Video Trickery Creates Wobbly Slow Motion Effect
This brief clip demonstrates what happens when you film an upright bass while synchronizing the vibration of the strings with the frame rate of the camera. The resulting video makes it appear as though the musician is playing in slow motion when the video is actually playing at normal speed, not unlike the effect of a strobe light. 50 Shades of Blue
Back when 50 Shades of Grey was a thing, when people mentioned it frequently and read it on trains, I stumbled upon this video, featuring Selena Gomez. It's a cute / weird parody, by Funny or Die. Well worth a watch, it made me smile when I first saw it. It's quite old by now, but whatever.
(...and no, I have not read the book, and I never will! Bleh!)
Eyeball Jewellery
People should not be getting stuff implanted in their eyes, but read more about it here. This is not something eye'd ever go for. :/
Lucy Luckayanko was at a night club in New York City when a man approached her and said, "Oh, your eye is so shiny!"
"Yeah," the 25-year-old blonde responded in her native Russian accent. "I've got platinum in my eye."

Miley and Meow at the AMAs
'
I will be honest: I really don't know what to say about this, but I guess it fits in well with the internet theme.
Miley obviously stole the show with this one. It may be ridiculous, but she sure knows how to get attention.
Some random commenter made the following relatable statement, with regards to the video:
"In all honesty, it kind of freaked meowt."
The full performance:
*spoiler alert: the cat winks at the end*
This site summarised the performance with a bunch of GIFs
Undiagnosed Mental Illnesses in Fictional Characters
So apart from the obvious Anakin Skywalker with BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder), there are quite a few other famous characters with undiagnosed mental illnesses.
I came upon this link:
I think the most surprising of all was to see that (the infamous) "they" diagnosed Glinda the Good Witch, from The Wizard of Oz, with Sadistic Personality Disorder. Their reasons, however, were quite legit.
For more information on why Anakin was diagnosed with BPD, follow this link:
